High Court Won't Hear GM Disabled Worker Case

Law360, New York (June 29, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The U.S. Supreme Court has refused to consider an appellate court finding that an employer can reduce early retirement benefits for disabled workers who receive federal disability benefits.

In an order Monday, the Supreme Court refused to grant certiorari for the case Leroy McKnight et al. v. General Motors Corp.
