Law360, New York (June 29, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Two creditors that tried last year to disqualify Greenberg Traurig LLP from acting as special counsel for Mortgages Ltd. in its bankruptcy case are urging the federal court to deny the law firm’s bid for hundreds of thousands of dollars in fees because it allegedly failed to timely disclose material payments and connections.
