Phillips Murrah Picks Up Employment Partner In Dallas

By Michelle Casady (October 10, 2018, 9:46 PM EDT) -- Phillips Murrah PC has snagged a labor and employment attorney from Fisher Phillips who has joined its Dallas outpost as a director, which is the equivalent of a partner or shareholder.

Janet Hendrick joined Phillips Murrah on Oct. 2 after more than five years at Fisher Phillips. Hendrick is the second hire for the Oklahoma City-based firm's Dallas office. 

Hendrick has represented employers in the construction, manufacturing, hospitality and health care industries. She has experience litigating issues such as sexual harassment prevention, employee leave and disability accommodations and has helped employers draft and enforce noncompete, nonsolicitation and confidentiality agreements, according to...
