Bankrupt KB Toys Seeks Permission To Sell Off IP

Law360, New York (June 30, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- KB Toys Inc., which concluded its going-out-of-business sale in February, is seeking court approval to sell off its intellectual property, including trademarks, logos, and Web and e-mail addresses.

In a motion filed Monday in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware, KB Toys proposed to sell its IP through either a single transaction or a series of transactions.
