NRC Winnows Objections To Yucca Mountain

Law360, New York (June 30, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- While the proposed nuclear waste repository at Yucca Mountain has provoked hundreds of objections from a dozen adversaries, including the states of California and Nevada, the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission on Tuesday largely backed the decisions of the boards charged with hearing the objections.
