Bid To Disqualify Goodwin Procter In IP Case Nixed

Law360, New York (June 30, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The federal court overseeing a trademark dispute over outdoor water slide products has denied a bid to disqualify Goodwin Procter LLP from representing Slip N' Slide maker Wham-O Inc. for allegedly using private documents to craft discovery requests, a Goodwin Procter attorney said.
