Friends Of The Seals Case Against San Diego Tossed

Law360, New York (July 1, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A federal judge has thrown out La Jolla Friends of the Seals’ case that sought to have the court require San Diego to put up a rope at a local beach to protect a group of seals, finding that no issue of federal law remained before the court.
