Atty Convicted Of Hypnotizing Clients For Sex Must Pay $2.3M

By Emma Cueto (October 18, 2018, 8:45 PM EDT) -- A former attorney serving 12 years for using hypnosis on female clients for sexual gratification has been hit with a $2.3 million judgment in Ohio state court in a suit brought by one of the women.

Michael Fine, 61, was ordered in a decision issued earlier this month to pay $250,000 in compensatory damages, $2 million in punitive damages and $100,000 for the victim's legal fees.
