Transcript Firm Files Antitrust Suit Against Rival

Law360, New York (July 2, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Transcription provider Federal News Service Inc. has filed a lawsuit against Congressional Quarterly Inc., alleging that the company has conspired to monopolize the fast-turnaround transcript market and force its sole rival out of business, using tactics including corporate espionage and theft.
