Expansion Of Calif. Chevron Refinery Put On Hold

Law360, New York (July 6, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A California judge has blocked Chevron Corp. from proceeding with its plan to expand an oil refinery in Richmond, Calif., until the city brings an environmental impact report into compliance with state law and issues a new conditional use permit for the project.
