2nd Circ. Lifts Stay On Former IBM Exec Joining Dell

Law360, New York (July 6, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A federal appeals court judge has ruled that a former IBM Corp. mergers strategist is free to work for Dell Inc. until an appeals court panel has heard IBM’s motion for an expedited appeal and injunctive relief in the trade secrets dispute.
