AspenTech Settles Honeywell Feud Over Assets Sale

Law360, New York (July 6, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Aspen Technology Inc. has reached a deal to modify the terms of a consent agreement with Honeywell International Inc. requiring the software manufacturer to divest certain assets as part of its 2002 acquisition of Hyprotech Ltd., following the Federal Trade Commission's determination that AspenTech failed to comply with the decree.
