Law360, New York (July 7, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Two groups of personal injury claimants are mounting a challenge to a bankruptcy judge's order Sunday that approved the sale of General Motors Corp.'s assets under a restructuring plan to create a spinoff entity majority owned by the U.S. government and largely free of successor liability claims.
