Acacia Unit Sets Sights On IPhone, Wii Royalties

Law360, New York (July 7, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A subsidiary of patent-holding firm Acacia Research Corp. has brought a lawsuit alleging that Apple Inc., Sony Corp., Nintendo Co. Ltd. and various subsidiaries of the technology companies have infringed two patents covering a graphics accelerator system.
