Deja Vu: Recount Veterans Back At It In Florida

Gore recount in Florida are at it again in the statewide recounts currently underway that attorneys hope will proceed more smoothly than the last time, thanks to legislative reforms enacted as a response to the 2000 election.

The reforms mean fewer lawsuits and lawyers, but attorneys are still flocking to the state to get involved in three statewide machine recounts for the U.S. Senate, governor and agriculture commissioner and likely manual recounts in the Senate and agriculture commissioner races.
