Former DOJ Antitrust Chief Joins Howrey's DC Office

Law360, New York (July 9, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Howrey LLP's antitrust practice group has been augmented with the addition of M.J. Moltenbrey, a former director in the U.S. Department of Justice's Antitrust Division, who joins the firm's Washington office as a partner.

Moltenbrey, who comes to Howrey from Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer LLP, will officially start Monday.
