FTC Commissioners Question Unocal Ruling At Hearing

Law360 (March 11, 2004, 12:00 AM EST) -- Federal trade commissioners have questioned an administrative judge's recent decision to dismiss antitrust charges against Unocal Corp. in a case involving the company’s use of patents on clean-burning fuel.
