Wash. State Slams Health Cos.' Defense In Price-Fix Suit
Law360 (November 30, 2018, 8:24 PM EST) -- Washington state lawyers accusing two health care companies of fixing reimbursement rates are telling a federal court that the companies can't escape the claims by arguing that one of them would be weakened without making the deals.
