Rosetta Stone Slams Google Adwords In IP Suit

Law360, New York (July 10, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Language-learning software maker Rosetta Stone Ltd. has become the latest company to challenge Google Inc.'s AdWords advertising program, claiming that the technology giant has infringed Rosetta Stone trademarks and taken part in unfair competition by allowing third parties to purchase the marks as keywords for targeted advertising.
