Greek Exide Worker's Discrimination Claims Tossed

Law360, New York (July 10, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A federal court has rejected all of a warehouse worker’s claims accusing Exide Technologies and his manager of subjecting him to discrimination and harassment based on his Greek origin and his perceived sexual orientation.
