Greenberg Adds 2 Ex-Akerman Attys For Taxes, Benefits

Law360 (December 6, 2018, 7:17 PM EST) -- Two former Akerman LLP partners joined Greenberg Traurig LLP on Thursday, with one returning to the firm's tax practice after more than 20 years away and the other moving to the firm's employee benefits and compensation practice.

Greenberg's newest attorneys, Frank Cordero and Leanne Reagan, will work out of the firm's Miami office. Cordero, previously a Greenberg associate, specializes in the tax aspects of mergers and acquisitions, and Reagan's practice focuses on employee benefits and working with clients on compliance with their employee benefits plans and structuring and designing compensation arrangements.
