US Docs Kept Back In ObTape Discovery Dispute

Law360, New York (July 10, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Plaintiffs in the multidistrict product liability litigation over Mentor Corp.'s ObTape will gain access to unredacted reports of problems from foreign doctors, but they will not be able to peek at files by U.S. doctors, a federal judge ruled Friday.
