$8M Insurance Spat Over Stolen Goods Sent To Calif.

Law360, New York (July 10, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A lawsuit in which Fireman's Fund Insurance Co. is seeking to prevent Personal Communications Devices LLC from receiving coverage for about $7.7 million in stolen merchandise has been transferred from a New York federal court to California.

On Wednesday, Judge Sidney H. Stein of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York granted PCD's motion to transfer the case to the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California.
