Sentosa Wins Dismissal Of Discrimination Case

Law360, New York (July 13, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- An administrative law judge has thrown out a consolidated discrimination case brought by more than two dozen health care workers who were recruited from the Philippines and alleged Sentosa Care LLC’s health care facilities retaliated against them for filing citizenship discrimination claims and for abruptly quitting their jobs.
