Moscow Ice Circus Performers Claim FLSA Violations

Law360, New York (July 14, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Russian performers in the Las Vegas ice-skating revue “Moscow Ice Circus” have sued the show’s creators alleging they failed to pay workers for more than 225 performances, docked pay for weight gain and neglected to pay overtime wages.
