Court Grants Injunction In Medical Device Case

Law360, New York (October 2, 2006, 12:00 AM EDT) -- In one of the first permanent injunction decisions since the landmark eBay case in the U.S. Supreme Court, a federal judge has ruled that infringement in the case of a global medical device maker warrants an injunction.
