Ohio City Seeks To Overturn $2B Nexus Pipeline Approval

Law360 (December 19, 2018, 3:42 PM EST) -- The Ohio city of Oberlin along with a fellow opponent of the $2 billion Nexus pipeline told the D.C. Circuit that the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission was wrong to approve the project, saying its need was overstated and it was not in the public interest.
