Frontier Sale Gets OK In $109M Republic Deal

Law360, New York (July 14, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A judge has given bankrupt Frontier Airlines Holdings Inc. the go-ahead to start the process of selling itself off as part of a $108.75 million agreement with Republic Airways Holdings Inc.

In an order signed Monday and filed Tuesday, Judge Robert D. Drain of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York authorized the procedure for considering other investment proposals.
