Playtex Loses Bid For Injunction In Tampon Ad Spat

Law360, New York (July 15, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A flawed scientific test has sunk Playtex Products Inc.'s bid to enjoin rival Procter & Gamble Co.'s advertising during their unfair competition spat, a battle the presiding judge has called the “latest skirmish in the tampon advertising wars.”
