New Kenyon Chief Eyes More Partnership Involvement

Law360 (October 3, 2006, 12:00 AM EDT) -- In a changing of the guard at Kenyon & Kenyon LLP, the New York law firm has promoted one of its top patent litigators to replace Managing Partner Robert T. Tobin, who retired after more than four decades at the intellectual property boutique.

Tobin, who had just topped off his third three-year term as Kenyon & Kenyon’s chief, was replaced Oct. 2 by Richard S. Gresalfi, a seasoned trial lawyer with more than 20 years of experience in the courtroom.
