Ex-Boeing Workers Seek Cert. In Age Bias Action

Law360, New York (July 16, 2009, 6:07 PM EDT) -- A group of former Boeing Co. employees has asked a federal judge to certify a class action against the aerospace giant and Onex Corp. for allegedly terminating hundreds of workers due to their age when Onex bought three Boeing plants in 2005.
