Fried Frank Adds REIT Head, Tax Atty From Hogan Lovells

Law360 (January 16, 2019, 5:34 PM EST) -- Fried Frank Harris Shriver & Jacobson LLP has brought on two real estate investment trust lawyers from Hogan Lovells, appointing one as the new head of its REIT practice while the other joins the firm's tax practice in Washington, D.C.

Cameron Cosby, who worked for Hogan Lovells for five years, and Stuart Barr, who had been at Hogan Lovells for 19 years, joined Fried Frank, the firm announced Monday. Cosby joined as a partner in Fried Frank's tax department while Barr will serve as the head of its REIT practice and as a partner in the corporate department.
