Court Lets Chrysler Clarify Lemon Law Rules

Law360, New York (July 17, 2009, 7:05 PM EDT) -- A bankruptcy judge has approved a process that the former Chrysler LLC says will ease the implementation of the lemon law provision in Italian carmaker Fiat SpA's $2 billion agreement to purchase the company.

In an order Thursday, Judge Arthur J. Gonzalez of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York granted Chrysler's request.
