DLA Piper Nabs Ex-Baker McKenzie Atty For LA Tax Practice

Law360 (January 24, 2019, 8:55 PM EST) -- DLA Piper has announced that a former Baker McKenzie partner experienced in international tax matters has joined the firm's tax practice in its Los Angeles and Northern California offices.

According to a statement by the firm, Daniel Robyn, who joined DLA Piper Tuesday after 10 years at Baker McKenzie, is experienced in global restructuring projects for public and private companies, including pre-acquisition planning, post-acquisition integrations, carve-outs and spinoff transactions. Robyn will assist clients with international expansion of companies, global corporate compliance and general cross-border transactional matters.
