Katten Muchin Adds Ex-White & Case Tax Planning Partner

Law360 (January 28, 2019, 5:23 PM EST) -- Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP has announced that an ex-White & Case LLP attorney joined the firm's transactional tax planning practice as a partner in its New York office.

Victoria Rosamond joined the firm Jan. 23 after four years working as counsel at White & Case and 11 years as an associate at Linklaters LLP. According to a statement by the firm, Rosamond will advise clients on employee compensation and benefits, including implementation, negotiation and administration of employment agreements, severance arrangements, and equity and phantom equity compensation arrangements.
