Trustee Objection Likely Won't Ground Frontier Plan

Law360, New York (July 20, 2009, 5:09 PM EDT) -- The U.S. trustee overseeing the bankruptcy proceedings for Frontier Airlines Holdings Inc. has filed an objection to the discount air carrier's restructuring plan that Frontier says is largely technical in nature and unlikely to block the airline's sale to Republic Airways Holdings Inc.
