Law360 (February 5, 2019, 8:13 PM EST) -- The first trial over mesothelioma allegedly caused by asbestos-laced talcum powder is finally coming to Philadelphia this week, but experts say proving the link between a now-deceased Perry County woman’s cancer and her purported exposure to trace amounts of asbestos in a Colgate-Palmolive Co. product will present a significant challenge.
