Mayer Brown Scores Bingham Section 337 Expert

Law360, New York (July 22, 2009, 5:45 PM EDT) -- Mayer Brown LLP is continuing to bolster its intellectual property practice, adding a seasoned international trade litigator from Bingham McCutchen LLP to the firm's Washington office.

Gary M. Hnath joined Mayer as a partner in the firm's IP practice on Wednesday after several months of discussions.

He will also work extensively with Mayer's government and global trade group, which regularly represents clients in anti-dumping and other trade litigation proceedings before the U.S. International Trade Commission.
