Pillsbury Winthrop IP Litigator To Head New York Office

Law360, New York (March 16, 2004, 12:00 AM EST) -- Intellectual property litigator Susan Kohlmann has been appointed as the new managing partner of Pillsbury Winthrop’s New York office.

She replaces Donald Kilpatrick, who will become head of the New York corporate and securities department.

Kohlmann will also serve on a new four-person New York management committee, along with partners Andrew Bernstein, Robin Spear and Kenneth Taber.

Approximately 150 lawyers practice in the firm’s New York office, which recently moved from Battery Park in Lower Manhattan to new offices in Times Square.
