SDNY Securities Fraud Chief Joins Fried Frank

Johnson, a veteran prosecutor who has overseen major white collar investigations and litigation at the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Southern District of New York and the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, will join Fried Frank Harris Shriver & Jacobson LLP, the firm announced Thursday.
