Sears Warehouse Owner Fights Insurers Over Claim

Law360, New York (July 23, 2009, 3:24 PM EDT) -- The owner of a warehouse used by Sears, Roebuck & Co. has sued the retailer and several of its property insurers, including a unit of Lloyd's of London, arguing the insurers should not be entitled to seek reimbursement for a claim paid to Sears after the warehouse roof collapsed, damaging merchandise.
