Colo. Gas Co. To Pay $1M To Settle Clean Air Act Suit

Law360, New York (July 24, 2009, 12:18 PM EDT) -- Colorado Interstate Gas Co. has agreed to pay more than $1 million to settle allegations by the federal government that the natural gas transporter violated the Clean Air Act by installing engines at its natural gas production facility in Utah without obtaining a permit or testing emissions sources.
