CSM Sues Morgan Stanley Over Copyrighted Reports

Law360, New York (July 24, 2009, 6:11 PM EDT) -- CSM Worldwide Inc. has accused Morgan Stanley & Co. Inc. of copyright infringement and unfair competition, claiming that a researcher for the financial giant in China distributed CSM auto industry forecast reports to more than 80 potential customers of both companies.
