Baker Donelson Adds 2 Ex-DOJ Attys To Regulatory Practice

By John Petrick (February 22, 2019, 5:28 PM EST) -- Baker Donelson Bearman Caldwell & Berkowitz PC has added two former U.S. Department of Justice prosecutors to its government enforcement and investigations group as shareholders, each bringing a range of experience trying enforcement cases and helping clients fend off such cases from ever being brought, the firm announced Friday.

Both Ty Kelly and Jonathan Biran come to the firm with years of experience under their belts as assistant United States attorneys and DOJ section lawyers. They were colleagues there and both left in March 2013 to start a small private firm together.
