Say-On-Pay Bill Headed To House Floor: Rep. Frank

Law360, New York (July 24, 2009, 4:29 PM EDT) -- Legislation designed to tamp down on executive pay practices will probably reach the floor of the U.S. House of Representatives on Friday, according to House Financial Services Committee Chairman Rep. Barney Frank, D-Mass.

The Financial Services Committee is set to begin marking up the legislation, titled "Corporate and Financial Institution Compensation Fairness Act of 2009," on Tuesday morning.
