Samsung Wins Restraining Order Against Former Exec

Law360, New York (July 24, 2009, 7:13 PM EDT) -- Samsung Telecommunications America LLC has won a temporary restraining order against its former chief managing officer in a suit alleging that his accepting the same position at rival Motorola Inc. will illegally pass to Motorola Samsung's proprietary information and trade secrets.

Judge Lorraine Raggio of the District Court of Dallas County, Texas, issued the order against William Ogle on Thursday, the same day Samsung filed its complaint.
