Law360, New York (July 27, 2009, 3:06 PM EDT) -- Eli Lilly & Co. has won a bid to exclude a doctor's testimony that the company failed to warn of the risks of Prozac or adequately test the popular antidepressant, in a gruesome wrongful death lawsuit alleging the drug caused a man to kill his wife, his dog and himself.
