Constantine Cannon Lures Antitrust Pro From Dechert

Law360 (March 14, 2019, 9:38 PM EDT) -- A seasoned antitrust attorney with two decades of experience working on all facets of competition law has left Dechert LLP to join boutique firm Constantine Cannon LLP as a partner in its Manhattan office.

Ethan E. Litwin joined Constantine in its antitrust group last week, and told Law360 on Thursday that his new firm’s smaller size and plaintiff-focused practice was a “huge attraction.”

“I’ve been looking to do more work on the plaintiff side, and Constantine has handled some of the most important plaintiff-side cases that have ever been brought under antitrust laws,” Litwin said.
