Law360, New York (July 28, 2009, 5:29 PM EDT) -- A federal appeals court has handed a partial victory to plaintiffs in a 13-year-old class action filed by American Indians against the U.S. government for allegedly mishandling trust funds holding oil, gas and other proceeds from tribal lands, ruling that the government must make a more thorough accounting of the funds.
