EU Finance Ministers Fail To Agree On Revised Digital Tax

Law360, Brussels (March 12, 2019, 2:25 PM EDT) -- European Union finance ministers failed Tuesday to give the required unanimous agreement to a scaled-down version of the digital services tax, effectively shifting the focus of debate to finding an international deal.
